Returns

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

• Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value, subject to availability.
• Process: Contact us at connect@preetier.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged Items: If you received a damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
